The voyage is theirs. The ship is yours to build.
From the first plate to the last retreat, nothing a student finds at the house comes with a bill. All of it is paid for by people who remember what college asked of them, and who want the next crew to set sail better provisioned than they did.
Four things your gift becomes
- 01
A house
A real home walking distance from campus, bought debt free and kept for the long term. The single largest thing a gift builds.
- 02
A table
Thirty plates every Thursday, catered properly. About twelve dollars a seat, and the easiest first step a student will ever take.
- 03
A retreat seat
Three days, one lodge, the friendships that stop being casual. Gifts keep the cost at zero for students who could not otherwise go.
- 04
A mentor
Host families and mentors who answer the phone. Your gift pays for the people, not the programs.

Email about a giftOdysseus Foundation has applied for recognition as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Until that recognition is granted, contributions are not tax-deductible. All contributions are irrevocable gifts and are not refundable.
Where others hold rallies, we build homes. A rally lasts an afternoon. A home near campus, a family who knows your name, and a mind trained to think clearly last a lifetime.
Another way to help
Know a house, a family, or a campus?
Houses get opened by people who know a warm family with a big kitchen near a campus full of students. Tell us.
